Peter drives initiatives around automation, security, and the implementation of modern DevSecOps practices within the mainframe domain. He is actively involved in enabling DevOps teams by delivering capabilities such as CI/CD pipelines for mainframe environments, ensuring that traditional core systems can seamlessly integrate with contemporary engineering standards.

With mainframe experience dating back to 1996, Peter combines deep technical expertise in technologies such as COBOL, DB2, and RACF with strong leadership and organizational development skills. He is passionate about building and strengthening teams by focusing on individual talents and creating high-performing environments that embrace continuous improvement.
