Oleg Baranov is the CEO of Flametree, an AI-Human Collaboration Platform designed to revolutionize client engagement and streamline business operations.

With over 25 years of experience in banking automation, Oleg is a recognized expert in leveraging machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize and enhance the efficiency of banking business processes, particularly in the areas of customer acquisition, service, and debt collection.

A lifelong learner, Oleg holds two master’s degrees — one in Computer Science and the other in Finance and Banking. He has also successfully completed prestigious postgraduate programs at London Business School and Stanford University. Moreover, he holds the highest international professional qualification in corporate governance from the British Institute of Independent Directors, the IoD Chartered Director designation.
