Nathan Oostindjer is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he plays a key role in modernising the Dutch Sanctions Act and is a driving force to strengthen the implementation and enforcement of sanctions in the EU. With experience in government, supervision and the financial sector, including roles at the Dutch Banking Association and Dutch Central Bank. He has an academic background in international and European law, with a focus on trade and investment law.
