Maxime is an Applied AI Engineer at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, where he designed and now drives the technical direction of the bank’s AI-assisted mainframe intelligence programme – an initiative that combines deterministic static analysis with AI agents to map, analyse and document large core banking systems.
His work spans predictive machine learning and generative AI in production, from fraud detection algorithms to enterprise RAG systems. He holds a degree in business from the University of St. Gallen and studied software engineering at École 42. He works where the two meet.
