Deepika Gupta is a senior technology and AI transformation executive with more than 21 years of international experience across financial services in Europe, Asia and the United States. She is currently Senior Vice President, AI & Digital Transformation at Nexent Bank, where she leads the bank’s digital transformation and enterprise GenAI agenda.

Previously, Deepika served as Chief Technology Officer at Sunweb Group and spent more than 11 years at ING, where she held senior technology leadership roles across cash management, payments, open banking and financial markets.

Her expertise spans Generative AI, AI governance, digital transformation, technology strategy, payments and core banking modernization, and she was named among the Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology in Europe in 2022.
