Christian Luckow is Managing Director and Tribe Lead for Markets Post Trade Technology at Danske Bank, where he is also part of the bank’s AI agenda with a particular focus on AI-driven development.

Christian brings more than two decades of experience across banking, fintech and technology, combining senior leadership with a strong background in digital transformation and complex financial infrastructure. Prior to his current role, he led Danske Bank’s Core Payments Platform & Payments Centre of Excellence, overseeing 18 squads, more than 200 employees and 40+ mission-critical systems.

An entrepreneur as well as a banking executive, Christian has founded and led technology and fintech businesses and has a particular passion for turning complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
