Prior to building Condukt, Baz held senior roles at American Express, Square (now Bloc) and Revolut, where he led risk and payments functions across international markets and helped scale acquiring and cross-border payment operations.With deep expertise in regulatory risk, payments, and operational scaling, Baz now focuses on building Condukt, enabling companies to onboard customers globally with speed and accuracy. He is based in London and frequently works with leaders across fintech, banking, and compliance.
