Alexander Wiener is the CEO and Co-Founder of Element, a modernization platform that takes companies end-to-end through the transformation of their legacy systems. From deterministically understanding what is there, to transforming it into a modern architecture, and keeping the new system healthy in the long run.

While studying computer science at Technical University of Munich (TUM), Alexander worked in the modernization department of an enterprise, where he witnessed both the importance of transformations and the failures that wrong approaches can cause in such an environment.
By leveraging their background in code-generation plugins for IBM i/AS400 systems, Element is pushing the capabilities of LLMs and other technologies in this domain to turn modernizations from a gamble into an advantage. https://tryelement.co/
