Sarina Deuble is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Frankfurt, where she leads McKinsey’s Embedded Finance Service Line.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services and strategy consulting, she partners with banks, fintechs, and industry players to design, and scale cutting-edge banking innovations, and transforms Embedded Finance and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) businesses. Her work focuses on helping clients unlock new digital growth opportunities by embedding financial products into ecosystems and customer journeys, and by building next-generation financial platforms. Sarina combines deep expertise in private and wealth banking, digital banking, and financial innovation with a strong track record of shaping large-scale transformations, including digital business builds, post-merger integrations, and platform redesigns across Europe and the Middle East. As one of McKinsey’s global thought leaders in Embedded Finance and Fintech, Sarina has co-authored multiple publications and is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences.
Before joining McKinsey, Sarina worked in M&A and for banks. She holds a Master in Business Management from the Leeds University Business School, is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and a member of the DLT Talents Program of the Frankfurt School of Finance.
