Francesco Aghemio is the general manager of Revolut Bank in Belgium and in the Netherlands. After successfully launching the Dutch operations of Revolut in 2023, Francesco is working on replicating the success of this launch on the Belgian market while working on increasing the market share of Revolut in the The Netherlands. One of the key aspects of Francesco's work is positioning Revolut in the future not only as a challenger bank, but as an established bank in the Dutch market.

Prior to his tenure at Revolut, Francesco worked on the establishment of the Fintech Wise in Europe post Brexit as Head of the European entity of Wise (Wise Europe). He also worked with Fintechs and SME banking at ING after spending years on venture building across Europe in the Rocket Internet ecosystem.
